Illinois Virutal Inspector Foundations Class

The Virtual Inspector Foundation class is an introduction to home inspection, covering everything you will need to start your home inspection career, how to operate a business, as well as how to perform home inspections that adhere to the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standard of Practice and Code of Ethics.

This 80-hour class runs Monday thru Friday for two weeks virtually. This class includes report writing, information on marketing your business, and real-life experience from your ASHI Certified instructors.

This class also includes the full-featured Mechanical Systems and NHIE Content Manual and the Structural Systems and Business Manual*

The Illinois-approved option also includes five field events with an experienced IL ASHI Certified Inspector. The five field events are scheduled throughout the year, and you will be asked to sign up for one of those field event slots.
