This class provides comprehensive instruction on the composition, function, and inspection of seawalls, boat docks, and davits.

Inspecting A/C & HP's 2 Hours

This class explores the many different types of air conditioners and heat pumps, as well as the physics behind how they work.

Evaluating Fireplaces and Chimneys 2 Hours

This class provides information on masonry and manufactured fireplaces and chimneys, an overview of their proper clearances, and a practical checklist for inspecting them.

Friday classes are 2 hours each and are ASHI and Florida state-approved for CE Credit. This means that a full day of all 3 courses will reward you with a total of 6 CE credits.

If a minimum of 5 students are not registered 2 weeks prior to class, the class may be rescheduled.
